Pet Policy

 

To ensure that you are able to enjoy your stay with us, please adhere to the following guidelines: 

 

 

• Limit of 2 pets per accommodation only. 

 

• Pets are not to be left alone in guest rooms or cottages. If you are leaving your pet in your room, please advise the front desk and put your pet in its crates or carriers. 

 

• Please contact the front desk to arrange for a convenient time to service your guest room or cottage. Your room or cottage will not be serviced if there is an unattended pet in your accommodation. 

 

• Any costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements (including labor) will be charged accordingly. This includes flea treatment of the guest room or cottage. 

 

• Pets are to remain on leash when in public areas of the resort for the health, safety, and concern of all other resort guests. 

 

• Pets are not allowed in the spa, lobby, or on pool area. We keep these areas pet free for the comfort of all guests. 

 

• Pet owner must pick up after their pets. 

 

• Please remember that there are other guests surrounding you. Excessive barking, or guest disturbances will be followed up with and accordingly. 

 

• All pets must sleep in their crates, carriers, or a pet bed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. 

 

• Guests agree that, should their pet creat any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the resort by other guests or personnel of the resort, the guest should be made responsible in making arrangements to house their pet elsewhere outside the resort. 

 

• You must read and sign an agreement at the time of check-in at Loreland Farm Resort. By signing the agreement, you are stating that you do not hold Loreland Farm Resort accountable for any destructive, harmful, or any other wrong behavior of your pet that may occur during your stay.
