How much is the entrance fee?
Entrance fee for day swimming is Php170/head and Php190/head for night swimming. Below 3 feet is free of charge and children 3 feet and above is charged as regular rate.
Can my children or driver stay in the resort for free?
Only below 3 feet are free. Entrance fee is applied to everyone entering the resort; swim or not swim.
How much is the cottage?
Cottages depends on the number of people in your group. Standard capacity per cottage is applied.
What are the facilities inside the resort?

Are you open on weekends/holidays?
Yes, we are open 24 hours every day, and even holidays.
How many pools do you have?
We have 13 pools including pools for kids. We have 5 main pools (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Kiddie Pool, Aplaya) and 8 samll pools.
Can we use all the pools?
Once you pay for your entrance and accommodation you can already use all open pools. During off peak there are available 3 to 4 main pools.
How many times do you clean the water of the pool?
We clean and disinfect the water of the pool twice a day. Pool maintenance is done every 4:00am-8:00am and 5:00pm-7:00pm respectively.
How can we avail of the discounts?
By liking Loreland Farm Resort’s fan page in Facebook, you can be entitled to have a 10% discount on entrance fee for the whole group. Please log on to our Facebook page.
Can we bring food?
We allow foods inside the resort but we implement corkage fee for liquors and beers.
How much is the corkage fee?
Corkage fee for Beers are Php20/small bottle and Php50/big bottle. Local liquor is Php50/bottle and imported liquor is Php100/bottle. For additional information regarding corkage fee, kindly check this link.
Are we allowed to bring electrical appliances?
Yes but we are imposing charges for the energy consumption depending on the appliance you will bring. Large sound system is not allowed. (Kindly refer to the link regarding corkage fee)
Do you have food for special dietary requirements?
We can arrange food for vegetarian diets but you will have to advise us in advance or pre-ordered.
How much is the parking fee?
We don’t have charge for parking, hence it’s a first come first serve basis.
Do we need to have a reservation?
Reservation is not necessary but we prefer you to do so especially if you want to stay in limited types of accommodation. (Kindly refer to this link for reservation procedure)
Can we bring our pet?
You may bring your pet but kindly check our pet policy in this link: Pet Policy
Do you accept reservations through phone?
Yes, we do accept reservations through phone. Once you reserve, you have to pay at least 50% or full amount of the accommodation within 24 hours. If there is no payment received after 24 hours, the reservations is automatically dropped down or cancelled.
How do I pay for my booking?
Reservations can be paid through bank deposit for local bookings and bank transfer or through PayPal for international bookings. You may pay through BDO. Full details will be advised to you at the time of booking.
What if I cancelled my booking but I have already paid the full amount of my accommodation?
If cancellation of booking is done more than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled check-in time, a charge equivalent to 25% of the total booking price will be imposed and will be deducted to the advance payment made. If cancellation of booking is done less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time, the full amount of advance payment made will be forfeited.
Are we allowed to reschedule our reservation?
Modification or Rescheduling is allowed 72 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time without charges. If modification or Rescheduling is made less than 72 hours before the time of check-in, 25% surcharge of the total booking price shall be deducted to the advance payment made.
Is it possible for us to have a reservation and pay it upon arrival?
We do not allow pay upon arrival reservations during peak season, weekends and holidays. We may consider pay upon arrival at least a day before the date during weekdays, holding time may be assigned.
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, JCB) for walk-in payments. We also have credit cards through PayPal payment for online reservations.
What are the check-in and check-out time for room accommodations?
Our check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00nn the following day.
What is the start of the Day swimming and Night Swimming?
Day swimming starts at 8am to 5pm, while night swimming starts at 7pm to 6am.
Can we check-in earlier than 2:00pm on room accommodations?
Early check-in depends on the availability of the rooms. This is also for walk-in guests only. We do not allow reservations for early check-in. Thus, check out time will not be adjusted.
Do we still need to pay for an ocular visit?
We allow guests to have their ocular visit for 20 to 30 minutes. Beyond that, we charge a regular entrance fee.
Can the resort accommodate a big group for team building, planning or outing?
The resort is an ideal place for a group of up to 150 to 170 people with room accommodation. For whole day outing or activity, we can accommodate 3,000 to 4,000 people. We also have Camp Tipolo Adventureland suited for team building.
