Resort Rules and Regulations

 

 

Please read this before making reservations and/or entering the Resort. We want everyone to be aware of the rules of the Resort before they come to stay. It makes for a more pleasant stay when everyone knows what is expected of them and what will not be tolerated.

 

1. Check in/checkout Time

For Room accommodation check in time is 2:00pm & check out time is 12:00nn

For cottages, day tour is from 8:00am to 5:00pm & night tour is from 7:00pm to 6:00am.

 

2. Accommodation 

Every group is required to get a room or a cottage. Please occupy only the cottage/s you have paid for, cottage capacity is strictly followed. 

 

3. Swimming Time

Swimming time is from 8:00am to 5:00pm & 7:00pm to 4:00am. All pools will be closed by 5:00pm to 7:00pm & 4:00am to 8:00am for cleaning & maintenance.

 

4. Swimming attire

Please wear proper swimming attire. Guests with modesty concerns may wear White T shirt only. Swimming attire should be colorfast and of lightweight material.

 

5. Corkage fee 

We restrict bringing in of soft drinks, beers and liquors or corkage fee shall be implemented.

 

6. Electric appliances

All electric appliances brought inside the resort will be charged for electric consumption.

 

7. Loud music and videoke machine

Large-sized sound system is not allowed. Loud music and videoke is not allowed between 1:00 am to 8:00am since other guests may be sleeping at these hours.

 

8. Pets 

We are a pet friendly resort and follows strct pet policy.

 

9. Fire arms/Weapons

Fire arms/Weapons of any kind are not allowed inside the resort. Licensed fire arms may be deposited at the reception area.

 

10. Security Check

Every Person, Bags, parcels or other items may be subjected to inspection upon admission. 

 

11. Minors

Minors should always be accompanied by adult.

 

12. Cleanliness

We work hard to keep the area clean. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in designated trash bins, including cigarette butts, candy wrappers, etc.

 

13.Conservations

In doing our part to help Mother Earth, turn off water faucets and shower bulbs when not in use.

 

14. Valuables

Please take care of your valuables , the management is not responsible for any loss or damages of your personal belongings.

 

15. Right conduct

The resort have the right to deny admission or evict guest or group of guests found under the influence of illegal drugs, generally disrupting the peace and order at the resort, and/or engaging in fights.
